Call For Insurance (blackjack)
To announce that the dealer has an Ace showing and pause to
allow the players make an insurance bet, then the dealer will
check the hole card and if it is a 10-value card the hand is
over and the bets and side bets are settled, if it is not, the
side bets are collected
and the play of the hand continues.
