Cards (poker)

1) The playing of a card game, often poker. "I'm going out to play some cards tonight."

2) A deck. "Give me the cards; it's my deal."

3) Any portion of a deck. "You're not supposed to pick up the cards for the next deal
until the previous hand is completely over".
