Cards Speak (poker)
1) Cards speak is simply the rule that the value of your hand
is determined solely by your cards. You don't have to declare
your hand properly in
order to claim the part of the pot you deserve.
The alternative to this is mainly declare games,
usually played in home games for low stakes
2) A name for high-low split with no declaration.
