so far, in Nevada and elsewhere,
to identify counting play, track customers, recognize faces
etc. You cannot use a device to play
Blackjack in Nevada by law. Also in most other places, in the
US and abroad.
The definition of "device" has not been determined
exactly through legal precedent.
