Dust poker
Referring to an action made by a house dealer, clap his hands
before leaving the table
when his replacement arrives to let observing security personnel
see that the dealer's hands are empty, that is, the dealer is
not stealing any chips or money. The move usually consists of
pressing the palms together, sometimes in a wiping motion, and
then turning the open palms both upward and downward.
