Form W-2g (Internal Revenue Service) (videopoker) - If you win
$1200.00 or more
on a Jackpot at Video Poker (or any other game), then the Casino
will present you with your winnings and an IRS form W-2G specifying
the amount you won. They also send a copy to the IRS. If you
keep track of your gambling losses, you may be able to offset
your winnings. Check with your accountant.
