Mexican Stud (poker)
A form of five-card stud in which each player first receives
two cards face down, and then rolls (turns face up) one card,
followed by a betting round. Thereafter, each active player
receives another face-down card on each round, from which he
chooses one to roll, again followed by a betting round. Sometimes
called flip or peep-and-turn.
