Playoff poker
In some tournaments, the final portion, in which the winners
of previous levels compete. For example, a tournament may be
held weekly for a number of months. At the end of that time,
the winners of each weekly tournament compete in the playoff.
In a shootout tournament, a number of single-table contests
are played, with one winner in each. After these end, the winners
compete in the playoff.
