Reach For One's Chips (poker)
Make a move toward one's chips, presumably with the intention
of betting. Usually said by someone about another betting in
a situation in which the first has no intention of calling.
For example, the first player passes, and before the second
can bet, the first dumps his cards, saying, "All you had
to do was reach for your chips." Also rattle one's chips.
