Shootout Tournament poker
1) A special tournament in which a number of tables of players
each play down to one winner, and then the winners of each table
compete in the playoff. Often all players who make it to the
final table receive a prize, usually ranging from an amount
equal to the buy-in for the first busted out to the main prize,
which often is 40 to 50% of the total prize pool.
2) A tournament in which one player ends up with all the money,
one that is played till only one player remains.
