Sign Off a Hand poker
Give someone a signal, usually of someone else holdings; used
by cheaters. "He signed him off" means that he gave
his partner a signal that gave away the hand of another player
that the signaler had managed to get a look at Sometimes part
of the phrase sign off a hand. Signing off is sometimes called
piping.
