Spit in the Ocean poker
A form of widow poker, played only in home games, in which
each player is dealt four cards face down, and one card is dealt
face-up in the center, which rank is then wild in and part of
anyone's hand. Usually the card is turned up at the point at
which some player other than the dealer calls out, "Spit!"
After a round of betting, each player can draw to his four-card
hand.
