Stakes poker
The size of a game, with respect to its betting increments
or limits (or lack thereof). In a $2-limit game, for example,
the stakes are just that, $2. In a no-limit game, the stakes
are unlimited. In anything in between, the stakes are usually
described by the minimum and maximum bets, sometimes by the
amount required for a buy-in.
