GoldenPalace.com only accepts deposited funds in US Dollars. While our bank can accept foreign currency, it will be changed into the US Dollar equivalent. Conversion fees for currency exchange will be credited to your User account – at our own cost.

Withdrawals
In order to retrieve your winnings, simply click the 'Cashier' button located on the primary screen within our software then enter the withdrawal amount in the space provided. You request will be registered with us immediately.
We have a minimum withdrawal amount of $20. Balances of $10 or lesser amounts will be reversed into your account. If you have an existing balance, for a period of one month, that is less than $20, it will be subject to reversal. Each week we can send a maximum of $4000.00; for larger amounts it will be divided on following weeks. Withdrawals being made for the first time, including any alterations to payment instructions, will have to first pass through our Security Department. This delay can be 5-10 business days, but please understand this is for the security of clients' funds that we take these measures. Once we send out your winnings, you will be informed by email.

NETeller is a popular method for online money transfer as is approved for deposits into your personal casino account. You can not only deposit, but also transfer funds or make withdrawals using this service.
Wire Transfer
If you would like to credit your account or receive monies through wire transfer, we will require you to provide full banking details.
Bank draft
Those receiving funds via bank draft will receive a check posted to the address originally provided when you registered your account with us. If you need to receive your funds faster, we offer an additional option called Bank Draft Express with will incur a small additional fee.
